Bali Accounting · Denpasar
Meet Bali Accounting, a Denpasar-based villa bookkeeping firm founded by Abel Yuniartini. Learn about monthly reporting, record review and our service scope.

A Denpasar-based bookkeeping firm
Bali Accounting was founded by Abel Yuniartini. The firm is based at Jl. Tukad Barito Timur III No.16, Panjer, Denpasar Selatan, Bali 80226. We support villa owners and operators with organized records and monthly financial reporting.
Our work connects rental bookings, OTA payouts, supplier expenses and owner movements to their source documents. We prepare agreed management reports and make missing information visible so you can review your property’s numbers with your manager and licensed tax adviser.
Maintain agreed records from documents and schedules supplied by the owner or operator.
Compare booking, payout, cash and expense information; record differences that need clarification.
Prepare agreed reporting and schedules for the owner, manager or licensed Indonesian tax adviser to review.
Bali Accounting provides bookkeeping and management reporting, not tax advice or official filings. Owners retain control of bank accounts, payments and business decisions. Contact Client Advisory to confirm service fit, reporting responsibilities and the appropriate document-handling process.
We would rather show you how the work is done than ask you to trust adjectives. The founder is named on this page and in our structured data; the office address is published and mapped; the prices are public; and the sample owner report is open for inspection before any conversation. Where a claim would need a licence, credential or client permission we do not have on record, we do not print it — ask us directly and we will tell you what we can document.
Founded by Abel Yuniartini and run by an in-house Denpasar team. The same people who agree your scope review your records each month.
A four-step monthly close: agree the scope, collect source records, reconcile and review, then share the report with its open questions.
Every report line traces to a statement, invoice or booking record. Unsupported amounts stay listed as questions — the standard behind our OTA reconciliation work.
Start with the Airbnb & OTA payout reconciliation guide to see that standard applied line by line, then compare it with the sample owner report and published package prices.

Four Seminyak villas served by one team. Shared staffing and services make consistent allocation of costs to each villa important.
Listed collection · 4 villas
A compact Ubud collection with private pools and daily room service. Property-level records help keep guest income and operating expenses identifiable.
Listed collection · 6 villas
Six distinct villas across Seminyak and Canggu. Different property sizes make per-villa revenue and profitability comparisons more informative than one combined total.
Listed collection · 7 villas
Seven villas across several Bali locations. A geographically spread portfolio benefits from separate maintenance, staffing and transport-cost records.
Listed collection sizes describe the operators’ portfolios, not the number of properties managed or serviced by Bali Accounting. These are business descriptions, not quoted testimonials or claims of financial results.
Bali Accounting's Denpasar base supports conversations about the records produced by a rental operation: reservations, platform settlements, supplier invoices and owner movements. The agreed bookkeeping process connects those records to the monthly reports, with questions made visible rather than hidden inside a miscellaneous total.
Owners living outside Bali can discuss a document workflow with their local manager. Agree who supplies statements, approves explanations and reviews open items. We do not assume authority to operate a bank account or make business decisions simply because we prepare the books.
The named operators on this page are clients the owner has approved for public identification. Their listed collection sizes describe their businesses; they do not establish that Bali Accounting manages or services every property in those collections. Their descriptions are not client-authored testimonial quotes.
The six-villa scenario and sample financial report are explicitly fictional educational examples. They explain reporting questions without disclosing a client's records or suggesting that the illustrated spreadsheet problems occurred at a named business. Ask Client Advisory about your own reporting needs rather than treating an illustration as a case study.
